About Clark
Clark Hedrick is running to bring a fresh perspective to the Council, bringing #HerndonTogether during this campaign and through next term.
If elected, he will propose a two-year Meals Tax holiday to help our community recover from the COVID emergency; this will be an integral part of a broader mission toward fiscal restraint amid unprecedented economic uncertainty.
As a government professional committed to reform, oversight, and responsiveness, Clark wants to lead the Council in conducting a line-by-line audit of the Town’s zoning and licensing requirements to streamline the process and ease the regulatory burden on homeowners and local businesses.
Clark is a blessed husband and proud father of two who serves on the Herndon Board of Zoning Appeals. He graduated from Biola University and the George Washington University Law School.
